HOW IT WORKS

Areas serviced: Homes and businesses in most of Ewa, Kapolei, Waipahu, Mililani, Pearl City, Aiea, from Honolulu International Airport to Hawaii Kai, Kaneohe and Kailua.

What can be picked up? Items for Hakuyosha dry cleaning, laundry, garment alteration and repairs, and household items cleaning.

When? Regular visits (up to twice a week) can be set up, or you can call as the need arises.

Do I have to wait for the driver? For your convenience, designate a sheltered accessible area at your home or workplace where our Route Service Representative can pick up and drop off your items. You do not have to be present or wait for our representative. However, for your very first order, we would want to meet you in person either at pickup or at drop off to verify and complete arrangements.

How will Hakuyosha know what I want done? For pickups, sort your laundry, dry cleaning, alterations, or household items into separate bundles. Protect each bundle in a disposable bag. Feel free to include any instructions or requests (avoid writing with inks that may transfer a stain to your items). Label each bag clearly as "laundry", "dry cleaning", etc., along with your full name. We will contact you should there be any questions.

Payment & Prices: Our representative or office will arrange payment with you. We prefer to charge your debit or credit card (V, MC, Discover), or checking. Cleaning charges are the same as our store prices. Pickup and delivery is free in our route areas--see "Areas serviced" (in certain rare or unusual situations, a $15 minimum cleaning order may be required for free pickup or delivery--our representative will inform any affected customer). Sorry, no cash transactions.
